B-LEAF RAW PRODUCTS PROMOTIONAL COMPETITION – TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • Introduction & Promoter
  • This promotional competition (the “Competition”) is organized and operated by b-leaf.co.za (“Promoter”).

By participating in this Competition, all participants agree to be bound by these Official Competition Terms and Conditions (“Rules”).

  • This Competition is conducted in strict compliance with Section 36 of the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
  • Eligibility
  • Entrants must be natural persons who are 18 (eighteen) years of age or older at the time of entry. (Age verification will be required to claim the prize due to the adult nature of RAW products).
  • Entrants must be legal residents of, and currently reside within, the Republic of South Africa.
  • Directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of b-leaf.co.za, as well as their spouses, life partners, immediate family members, or business partners, are strictly prohibited from entering.
  • Competition Period
  • The Competition opens on [28th October 2026] and closes at 23:59 SAST on 30 November 2026 (“Closing Date”).
  • Any entries received after the Closing Date will be automatically null and void.
  • How to Enter
  • Participation is free of charge (excluding standard Internet data costs charged by your network provider).
  • Free Entry Route (Social Media – 1 Entry):
  • To enter for free on Instagram or Facebook:
  • Like the official giveaway post published on the b-leaf.co.za Instagram or Facebook page.
  • Follow / Like the official b-leaf.co.za social media account on the platform used.
  • Share the official giveaway post to your Instagram Story or Facebook Feed.
  • Bonus Entry Route (Website Purchase – 1 Bonus Entry per Order):
    1. Any customer who places and successfully completes a purchase on b-leaf.co.za during the Competition Period will automatically receive 1 (one) additional entry per completed order.
    2. To ensure bonus entries are linked correctly, customers must input their Instagram or Facebook handle in the designated notes field during checkout or ensure the email address matches their order details.
    3. Placing a purchase is not mandatory to participate in the Competition.
  • Prize Details
  • The prize consists of a hamper of official RAW products [1x raw crystal ashtray,1x raw metal snuffer,1x raw cone creator 1x raw cones black 20 pack 2x raw black tips 2x raw black organic 11/4,x1 raw black coffee mug, 1x raw aluminium grinder,1x raw bandanna, 1xraw black tin case,2x raw aluminium tubes 1x raw small tray 1x magnetic tray lid  ].
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative product of equal or greater value if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Winner Selection & Notification
  • The winner will be selected via a random draw from all valid entries within 5 (five) business days following the Closing Date.
  • The winner will be contacted directly via Direct Message (DM) on Instagram/Facebook or via email/phone if the winning entry was generated via a website order.
  • If the selected winner cannot be reached, fails to verify their age (18+), or does not respond within 7 (seven) business days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited and a runner-up winner will be drawn under the same conditions.
  • Courier delivery within South Africa is included. The winner must provide a valid South African delivery address.
  • Personal Information & POPIA
  • By entering, participants consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal information (name, contact details, social media handle) by b-leaf.co.za solely for the purpose of administering this Competition and delivering the prize.
  • All personal data will be processed in accordance with South African POPIA regulations and will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary for prize fulfillment (e.g., courier services).
  • Social Media & Platform Disclaimer
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., or RAW Rolling Papers.
  • Entrants completely release Instagram and Facebook from any liability or responsibility related to this promotion.
  • General Terms
  • The Promoter reserves the right to modify, terminate, or temporarily suspend the Competition in the event of fraud, technical failure, or events beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any attempt to deliberately manipulate, automate, or spam the entry process will result in immediate disqualification.
  • These Rules shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa
